• GO by Lv God operates as a comprehensive platform connecting users with diverse transportation needs and services.
• Users have the ability to request various services through the user-friendly interface of the App.
• GO by Lv God does not directly operate any services or products on its App, Website, or platform.
• GO by Lv God provides the App, platform, technology, and support, for Independent Owners & Operators (IO&Os) to conduct necessary business and services with their Guests/Neighbors/Users.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Users agree to pay the fees presented on the App for the requested services.
• Payment methods, including credit cards and digital wallets, are processed securely through the App.
• Additional fees may be applied for specific circumstances, such as cancellations or any other charges.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Users have the right to cancel services, subject to applicable conditions & cancellation fees.
• Refunds for completed services are at the discretion of GO by Lv God, LLC.

6. Conduct Guidelines

• Users are expected to treat their service partners and fellow users with respect and courtesy.
• Prohibited behavior includes discrimination, harassment, and any violations of applicable laws.

7. Privacy Policy

• GO by Lv God collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, compliant with privacy laws.
• By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

By using the App or any of it's services you relinquish the organization, it's Indepent Owners & Operators (IO&O), or any Third Party Affiliate from any responsibility, accountability, or liability that can surge from using the products.

• GO by Lv God reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notifying the users of any changes. It is your responsibility ot continually be up to date with our latest policies, user agreements, and terms.

12. Additional GO Rental Terms, Conditions, and User Agreements

• By booking with the GO by Lv God App, website, or platform you agree with all the Privacy Policies, Terms, Conditions, and any other User Agreements associated with the company, its Independent Owners & Operators (IO&Os), and afilliate third party.
• The "Neighbor"/Guest/User that books the trip is the primary person responsible for any and all damages, theft, or additional costs (including tolls) resulting from the rental of the vehicle regardless of insurance status and who is at fault.
• In the event there is damage, any type of loss, or additional costs (not limited to tolls, tickets, or fees) associated with the booking of the vehicle, the "Neighbor"/Guest/User will directly collaborate with the IO&O/Host with the facilitation of GO by Lv God, LLC to compensate for loss.
